U.S. WEED CHANNEL & USWC ROCKS RADIO CONTENT CREATOR AGREEMENT
By checking the box and submitting content, you ("Creator") agree to the legally binding terms below with USWC Media, LLC ("USWC," including U.S. WEED CHANNEL & USWC ROCKS RADIO). This agreement governs your participation in USWC’s streaming platforms and monetization program.
1. LICENSE GRANT & CONTENT RIGHTS

Creator retains ownership of submitted content but grants USWC a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

Distribute, host, publicly display, perform, promote, and monetize the content on USWC platforms and any affiliated media channels.

Use, modify, adapt, and create derivative works (for promotions, thumbnails, and compilations).

Content Removal:Creator may remove content with notice, except when featured in a USWC marketing campaign—content must remain available for 45 days post-campaign.

USWC may remove or restrict content at any time, for any reason.

2. MONETIZATION & PAYOUT TERMS

Revenue Split: AVOD (Ad-Supported Video on Demand) revenue is shared 50/50 on a gross basis.

No Deductions: No fees, platform cuts, or other expenses will be deducted from the gross revenue split.

Taxes: Creator is solely responsible for their own taxes and acknowledges independent contractor status (not an employee, agent, or partner of USWC).

Payouts:Occur quarterly with a $100 minimum balance required.

U.S. Creators: USWC covers transaction fees.

Non-U.S. Creators: Creator covers transaction fees.

No Payment Guarantee: USWC is not liable for revenue loss due to third-party ad disruptions, platform issues, or regulatory changes.

3. CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY & COMPLIANCE

Ownership & Rights:Creator must have full legal rights to the content, including all music, visuals, likenesses, and intellectual property.

Any third-party content (music, footage, etc.) must be properly licensed for commercial use.

Prohibited Content:

Creator may NOT submit content that includes:

Copyrighted material without proper authorization.

Hate speech, harassment, illegal drug sales, or violent/incendiary content.

False advertising, misleading claims, or unlawful promotions.

Indemnification Clause:Creator fully indemnifies USWC against all claims, legal fees, damages, or liabilities arising from their content.

If USWC is sued over a Creator’s content, Creator assumes full financial responsibility for defense costs and damages.

4. ADVERTISING & PLATFORM CONTROL

USWC retains full control over all ad placements and monetization strategies.

Creators may refer advertisers to USWC’s sales team, but cannot independently place ads on USWC platforms.

USWC may run ads before, during, or after Creator’s content without approval or revenue modifications.

5. TERMINATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

USWC reserves the right to terminate, remove, or restrict content and Creator accounts at any time.

Creators may terminate their participation by ceasing content submissions, but monetized content will remain under license until proper removal notice.

Disputes Process:Step 1: Good faith discussions between USWC and Creator.

Step 2: If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Delaware.

No Class Actions: Creators waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against USWC.

6. GENERAL TERMS

No Waiver: USWC’s failure to enforce any part of this agreement does not waive its rights.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Governing Law: This agreement is governed by Delaware law.

By submitting content, you agree to these terms. Let’s Rock. 🤘
